i spent three weeks living in arla, a small town near palampur helping out with a english summer camp for the children in the area, many of these children came from families who really don’t have much, so when i came with school supplies for them, they were all in shock that they got to keep it; it was an amazing moment.
they were the most determined little kids; they all wanted to learn english so badly, such gems!
they thought teaching me cricket was the best thing ever as well!
